Dr. Richard Walker of Walker Family Chiropractic in Fayetteville, NC has been serving patients since 1989, helping them experience reduced pain, improved mobility, and a greater quality of life. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree (Biology) in 1984 from Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH. From there, he went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1987 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Walker has multiple continuing education certifications including Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (1992-93,) Postgraduate Certification in Spinal Trauma (1994,) Certified in Active Release Technique (ART) for upper and lower extremities and spine, and Certified Professional Sports Care with PGA (2013.) Dr. Walker has worked with many athletic teams as the team physician and team chiropractor.

Each patient who steps through the door of the office is greeted with joy and made to feel welcome and cared for. It matters to the staff here that every man, woman, and child feels secure. It is our intent to send patients home with better spinal health and provide them with comprehensive joint pain relief. Dr. Walker offers spinal and extremity adjustments, treatment of sports injuries, laser treatment, active release therapy, joint pain relief and physiotherapy services to help you get back to doing the activities you love.

1993:  Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) – 120 class hours thru American Chiropractic Assoc (ACA)
1994:  Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma (CCST)
2008 – Present:  Certified Whole Body in Active Release Technique (ART)
2015:  Chiropractic Certification in PGA (Professional Golf Association) 
2019:  Completing 200 hour Certified Acupuncture and dry needling
